- How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard & Direct Bank Deposit.
- When will my parcel be delivered?

Payments need to be received and confirmed before goods are shipped. All paid orders will be processed within one business day and shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post delivery can take between one and ten days dependent on location.
- What if my parcel does not arrive within 10 days?

Please check with your local Post Office in the event that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Australia Post will not attempt to re-deliver the same package. If it's not at your local post office please email us with all your details and we will attempt to locate it on your behalf.
- What if my item is broken and does not work?

Please contact us for a Returns form. We will send you a replacement item when we receive your original item (including original packaging) and Returns paperwork.
- Do you provide free samples?

No, unfortunately we do not provide free samples.
- Can I purchase products from your office in Richmond?

All of our stock is held at our new warehouse facilities in Rowville - accordingly, we are unable to sell our products from our office in Richmond.
- Are your products available in shops?
